CHEWY CHOCOLATE Peanut Butter Cookies

1 1 / 4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
04:03 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
2.1 tsp salt
2 cups peanut butter chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl stir the cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. In a separateBowl, blend to combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually into the creamed mixture. Stir in the peanut butter chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 8-9 minutes being careful not to overbake. These cookies are soft and puffy. They are flat while cooling. Cool slightly to remove the pan, then to wire racks can be removed from the baking sheets and cool completely.
