U.S. Coast Guard Rescue of Emerald Princess

On 8 May 2010, the cruise ship, Emerald Princess, back to Ft. Lauderdale, when a passenger developed a serious illness. This condition could not wait to dock the remaining 18 hours for the ship, the U.S. Coast Guard was called in to send a rescue helicopter. This video shows the U.S. Coast Guard at its best and also shows how well the ship's crew was trained to handle such emergencies.
