The island territory of Bonaire is one of five island territories of the Netherlands Antilles, comprising the main island of Bonaire, nestled in its western crescent, the uninhabited islet of Klein Bonaire. Together with Aruba and Curacao is a group called the ABC Islands to the winds, the southern island chain of the Lesser Antilles. Bonaire has an area of 111 square miles. Bonaire population was 14 006 inhabitants in 2006. Bonaire isWorld for its excellent diving and is consistently counted among the best diving and Caribbean diving locations in the world. Bonaire is also known for its flamingo populations and their Donkey Sanctuary. Kralendijk is the capital and main port of the island of Bonaire. The video begins as we sail into Bonaire's harbor on the Crown Princess. After disembarking the ship I visit Gotomeer Lake, Washington Slagbaai National Park and the island's capital, Kralendijk.
